The optimization of non-rational factors is the core of the doctor-patient relationship in harmony.Doctors and patients should be led by the effective role of the efficiency of non-rational factors and curbed the negative effects.Based on the current medical activities in the non-rational puzzlements and values differences,social norms with the characteristics of control and guidance should be established,social emotional quotient with the characteristics of the trust and recognition should be trained,and the social support with the characteristics of the support and grooming should be developed,in order to gradually create a harmonious medical environment.
