青岛职业技术学院在与海信集团合作办学的过程中,基于双方的共同发展,构建了一系列长效机制。这些机制着眼于校企合作的长期和深入,从而增强了其生命力和成长性,在实践中得到了企业、学院、学生和社会的肯定,为建立职业教育与社会需求紧密结合的发展生态提供了借鉴。

Based on the mutual development, Qingdao Technical College established a series of long-effect mechanisms in the cooperative education with Hisense Co. , Ltd.. With a view to long and deep school-enterprise cooperation, these mechanisms strengthen the vitality and growth. In the prac- tice, they obtain the approval from enterprises, college, students and society and provide reference for building the development ecology in which vocational education and social demands are integrated tightly.
