摘要
目的:观察中风膏对脑缺血再灌注损伤的神经保护作用。方法:采用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型。实验分为假手术组、模型组、中风膏小剂量、大剂量组,分组给药7天后造模,观察中风膏对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死体积、脑组织结构及神经元形态的影响。结果:各组出现了不同程度的神经功能缺损症状,与模型组比较,再灌注24小时后给药组可明显改善大鼠神经缺损症状(P<0.05);再灌注24小时后给药组梗死体积小于模型组(P<0.05);脑缺血再灌注24小时后模型组缺血侧皮质区组织结构及细胞形态失常,而给药组脑组织结构及神经元形态受损程度较轻。结论:中风膏对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有神经保护作用。
Objective:To observe the protective effects of Zhongfenggao on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was established in rats by using the suture method and were employed to observe the neurological deficit scores,cerebral infarct volume and brain tissue structure and morphology of neurons changes.Results:Zhongfenggao could decrease the neurological deficit scores (P < 0.05) and the cerebral infarct volume (P < 0.05),while it reduced the damage of brain tissue structure and morphology of neurons.Conclusion:Zhongfenggao can protect the brain with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats.
