肺咳宁蜜炼膏镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Effects of Feikening on Stopping Cough, Eliminating Phlegm and Relieving Asthma

目的:研究肺咳宁蜜炼膏的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:采用小鼠氨水致咳模型、豚鼠枸橼酸致咳模型观察其镇咳作用;采用小鼠呼吸道酚红排痰量、大鼠毛细管排痰量实验观察其祛痰作用;采用组胺所致豚鼠哮喘实验观察其平喘作用。结果:肺咳宁蜜炼膏可明显延长因化学法所致动物咳嗽的潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;增加呼吸道排痰量;明显延长哮喘的潜伏期。结论:肺咳宁蜜炼膏具有一定的镇咳、祛痰。

Objective：To observe the effect of Feikening（FKN） on stopping cough,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma.Methods：The cough models were prepared by ammonia-inducing cough method in mice and citric-acid-inducing cough method in guinea pigs so as to evaluate the effect on stopping cough.The excretion of phenol sulfonphthalein method in mice and capillary discharge sputum volume were adopted to evaluate the effect of phlegm eliminating.Asthma induced by histamine and acetylcholine in guinea pigs to evaluate the relieving asthma effect.Results：FKN can significantly prolonged the latent period of cough and reduced the equency of cough induced by ammonia in mice and by citric acid in guinea pigs,remarkably increased the output of sputum volume in mice and guinea pigs,significantly prolonged the latent period of asthma.Conclusion：FKN has certain effects of stopping cough,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma.
