摘要
目的:观察蒙药金色诃子不同炮制品对α-萘异硫氰酸酯致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用及其急性毒性。方法:采用a-萘异硫氰酸酯建立大鼠肝损伤模型,给予不同金色诃子炮制品,观察其降酶保肝作用。采用最大给药量方法进行急性毒性实验。结果:与模型组比较,烘制金色诃子能够明显降低a-萘异硫氰酸酯所致肝损伤大鼠血清AST和ALT水平(P<0.05)。急性毒性实验小鼠未见异常反应,烘制金色诃子、煮制金色诃子、金色诃子肉最大给药剂量为临床用药量的500倍,生品最大给药剂量为临床用药量的375倍。结论:烘制金色诃子对a-萘异硫氰酸酯所致急性肝损伤具有降酶保肝作用,毒性较小,较为安全。
Objective:To observe the protective effect of Terminalia Chebula Retz.processed prodoct by different methods on liver injuries induced by α-Naphthyl isothiocyanate in rats and acute toxicity test were acted.Method:α-Naphthyl isothiocyanate were used to induce rats' liver injury to build models and processed products of Terminalia Chebula Retz.in different methods were given to rats for 7 days,then observing the levels of serum AST and ALT.The maximum dose method was used to research the acute toxicity.Results:To compared with model group,baked Terminalia Chebula Retz.could reduce serum AST and ALT contents of rats with liver injured significantly,(P < 0.05),no abnormal reaction was observed after 7 days during acute toxicity test.The maximum dose of baked,boiled and pulp of Terminalia Chebula Retz.was 500 fold of clinical usage,crude herbal was 375 fold of clinical usage.Conclusion:Baked Terminalia Chebula Retz can reduce serum AST and ALT levels of rats with liver injury induced by α-Naphthyl isothiocyanate,the toxicity was low,safe relatively.
