摘要
领队是出境旅游服务的核心人物。面对越来越多的境外旅游投诉问题,领队的能力培养也显得越来越重要。通过对领队工作的分析,找出目前领队工作存在的问题,提出一些具体的具体措施,从而来提高领队的服务质量。
Outbound tourism services leader is the central figure. The face of a growing number of foreign tourist com- plaints, capacity - building leader is also becoming increasingly important. Based on the analysis of the work of the lead- er,the leader is currently working to idertify the problems, propose some specific concrete measures, thereby to improve the quality of service leader.
