摘要
以绿洲区驯化条件下的线叶野豌豆为材料,在不同生育时期进行不同浓度生长调节剂氯丁唑的喷洒试验。经过对其生长变化、种子质量和产量、产量构成因素及种子成熟高峰期的测定。结果表明,在返青期喷洒浓度为0.05%的氯丁唑水溶液,然后在结荚期喷洒浓度为0.2%的氯丁唑水溶液进行处理,可有效提高种子质量和产量,并可缩短种子成熟期,便于种子的集中收获。
In this study,Growth regulator PP333 in different concentration were sprayed on the wild Vicia tenuifolia .domesticated in oasis region of different growth stages.Through measuring the growth changes, weight and yield of seeds,yield component,the results indicated that the quality and yield of seeds effectively were enhanced and the mature period of seeds was shorten through spraying 0.05% PP333 aqueous solution at seedling establishment periodand 0.2% PP333 aqueous solution at fruiting period.
