Robert Barclay, William Penn and John Beliers were all English Quakers in the early modem time. Their thought and design about how to build the peace of Europe were declared in their pamphlets which were published in 1677, 1693 and 1710 respectively. The article analyzes the pamphlets with the background of the three Quakers and their times in details and argues that it was the Quakerism tradition and the environment of the "Age of Rationalism" that determine the early Quakers', such as these three thinkers', pacifism thought. Barclay's work focused on the religious ethic and the ones of Penn and Beliers on the rationally thinking. The study of their peace thought will help us to acknowledge the early Christian Pacifism and the early modem European society,
