儿童骨盆骨折临床进展 被引量：1

摘要 儿童骨盆骨折占儿童骨折的0．5％-7．0％，随着交通事业快速发展，儿童骨盆骨折呈逐年增多的趋势，受伤机制多为高能量损伤并且易合并其他组织脏器损伤。近年来，对儿童骨盆骨折研究报道相应增多，本文从儿童骨盆的解剖特点、骨盆骨折流行病学、受伤机制、诊断分型、治疗等方面进行综述。
