腹膜纤维化治疗的最新进展 被引量:11

摘要 腹膜透析因其简单、安全、有效,血流动力学影响小,有效地保护残肾功能等优点,已成为ESRD患者首选替代治疗方法.腹膜纤维化(peritoneal fibrosis,PF)导致的腹膜透析功能丧失使超滤功能下降或丧失,病人退出腹膜透析.探讨腹膜纤维化的发生机制,寻求新的治疗PF方法对延长患者腹透时间、改善生活质量、提高生存率具有十分重要的意义.
