6分钟步行试验及其在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 6分钟步行试验（6-minute walk test,6MWT）是一种简单易行的运动试验.以往研究表明,6MWT在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）、肺动脉高压、慢性心衰等领域已广泛应用于预测患者的预后.近年来,人们对6MWT在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用进行了积极的探索.本文对6 MWT的临床意义及其在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用进展作一综述.
