噻托溴铵在支气管哮喘治疗中的地位 被引量：16

摘要 支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是一种慢性呼吸道疾病,表现为继发于过敏性炎症和支气管平滑肌过度收缩导致的可逆性气道阻塞[1].目前,基于对哮喘发病机制的认识,抗炎药物[主要是吸入型糖皮质激素（ICS）]和支气管扩张剂[主要是吸入长效β2激动剂（LABA）]已被广泛地用于哮喘的治疗.
