糖尿病小纤维神经病的诊治 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病神经病变(DN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,其中1/4的患者有症状,约半数患者有客观体征,95%的患者经详细的神经功能检查可发现周围神经损伤的客观证据.遗憾的是,临床医生缺乏对这种病理状态的认识,即便对有症状的DN患者的诊断率也不到1/3[1].
