动力髋螺钉螺旋刀片结合抗旋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 27例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用动力髋螺钉( DHS)螺旋刀片+抗旋螺钉内固定治疗。随访6~24个月,骨折全部愈合,2例轻度髋内翻畸形,1例出现深静脉栓塞。髋关节Harris评分显示:优19例,良7例,差1例。应用DHS螺旋刀片结合抗旋螺钉具有操作简单、内固定牢固、防旋功能佳等优点,是治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法。
