改进型防旋股骨近端髓内钉与人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效比较 被引量:16

摘要 比较老年股骨粗隆间骨折改进型防旋股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation-Ⅱ,PFNA-Ⅱ)及人工股骨头置换术的临床疗效。认为PFNA-Ⅱ内固定是老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的首选方案,具有疗效好、创伤小等优点,而人工股骨头置换创伤较大,虽部分患者也取得良好的疗效,但不提倡人工股骨头置换为粗隆间骨折的手术首选。
