幽门螺杆菌对胃癌环氧合酶-2和15-羟基前列腺素脱氢酶表达的影响 被引量:10

摘要 15-羟基前列腺素脱氢酶(15-hydroxyprostaglandin,15-PGDH)在健康人和哺乳动物的胃肠道组织中高水平表达,其对多种恶性肿瘤的发生、浸润和转移具抑制作用。环氧合酶-2是天然的15-PGDH拮抗剂,与胃癌等多种恶性肿瘤的发生相关。H.pylori感染与胃癌的发生密切相关。本研究通过测定胃癌患者环氧合酶-2和15-PGDH的表达情况,拟探讨H.pylori感染在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。
