青光眼患者生存质量及其影响因素的临床研究

Clinical study on glaucoma patients' quality of life and related factors

目的分析青光眼患者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法根据视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表对120例青光眼患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果青光眼患者生存质量得分与正常人相比降低,视力损伤程度越严重,患者的生存质量得分越低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);给予的健康教育越系统,患者生存质量得分越高,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01);性别不同,患者的生存质量得分也不相同,且两者间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者生存质量普遍降低,临床上除保护患者视功能外,还应重视患者的心理、社会、经济等状况,对多因素进行综合分析,适时给予必要的心理辅导和健康教育,在提高患者的生存质量方面有重要意义。

Objective To study glaucoma patients＇ quality of life and influencing factors. Methods The quality of life of 120 cases of glaucoma was evaluated with the scale of quality of life for diseases with visual impairment. Results Scores of glaucoma patients＇ quality of life were generally decreased. It showed a statistically significant difference between groups based on visual impairment（ P 〈 0.01 ） or health education（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; it also showed a statistically difference between groups based on gender（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The visual impairment was the significant factor to the patients＇ quality of life. Health education and gender were the main influencing factors. Conclusion The scores of quality of life of glaucoma patients are generally low. Doctors should pay attention to patients＇ social, psychological and other factors while protecting visual function in patients with glaucoma. It is necessary to give enough health education and psychological intervention to improve their quality of life.
