胰腺癌综合性介入治疗进展

Comprehensive interventional therapy for pancreatic cancer: current progress

胰腺癌是消化系常见的恶性肿瘤，早期诊断率低、预后极差，近年发病率趋于增高。目前，手术切除是胰腺癌的唯一根治性方法，但在确诊时仅20％患者获得手术治疗的机会．术后5年生存率仅15％～20％。因此，进一步提高胰腺癌患者的生存率，延长生存时间具有迫切现实意义。综合性介入治疗具有安全、微创、近期疗效显著等特点，现已成为胰腺癌治疗研究热点。本文旨在对近年来介入治疗胰腺癌的应用现状及研究进展予以综述。

Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant neoplasm of digestive system with a fairly poor prognosis, the diagnosis rate in its early stage is low, and in recent years its incidence rate has become more and more high. Surgical remove is the only radical means, whereas only 20% of patients can get the oppotunity of surgery when the diagnosis is confirmed. More unfortunately, the five-year overall survival rate after the surgery is as low as 15 - 20%. Therefore, it is of clinical significance to improve the survival rate and to prolong survival time. Comprehensive interventional therapy has many advantages, as the technique is safe and mini-invasive with satisfactory short-term efficacy. Nowadays, interventional therapy has become the hot point in the research of pancreatic cancer. This paper aims to make a review about the current situation and progress of interventional treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer. （J Intervent Radiol, 2014, 23： 452- 455）
