飞秒激光晶状体前囊膜切开应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 连续环形撕囊术(continuous circular capsulorrhexis CCC)是超声乳化白内障手术中最关键的步骤和最难掌握的技术,优点在于保证了晶状体核的原位乳化,有效防止了后囊膜破裂,以利于人工晶状体(IOL)的囊袋内植入。但由于受人工手法不精确性和安全性的限制,使该技术不够完美,亦存在改进的地方。飞秒激光是一种新型激光,具有精确性和可控性高而对眼周围组织损伤小的特点,近年来用于辅助白内障手术。飞秒激光制作的前囊膜切口和手工CCC相比,更精确和更安全、可重复性高,确保了IOL在囊袋内的有效位置。文中综述了该技术在临床的应用和研究进展。
