摘要
翻钢机主要用来将来料的立式钢卷翻转为卧式,以方便后续的开卷机上卷作业。以宝钢硅钢某机组翻钢机旋转机构运动卡阻为例,介绍该旋转机构各部分组成,分析翻钢机转动过程中各传动组件运动原理,对结构受力大小等做计算评估。针对具体的转动卡阻现象,分别从液压马达不能旋转、旋转机构转动声音响、减速箱整体窜动、旋转机构转动到一定角度后卡死四个方面分析故障原因,并提出相应的处理措施,确保彻底消除原有故障,从而实现机组的稳定运行。
The tilting gear is mainly used for turning the vertical steel coil to horizon state, which can facilitate subsequent uncoiler operation. Taking the tilting gear stuck of Baosteel as examples, the article introduces the rotating mechanism component, analyses the movement process of the structure. For fault phenomena, it gives the reasons from four perspectives, the hydraulic motor can not rotate, the abnormal sound for rotating mechanism, the abnormal movement for reduction gear box, the blocking of movement process, and provide the final solution. With these measures implemented, the faults and potential risks are eliminated, and stable operation is guaranteed.
