主要介绍了宝钢电厂生产管理信息化系统的升级改造。由于原有信息化管理系统是分步骤、分功能设计开发的,经历长时间应用后,出现了设备老化、功能难以扩展等问题,因此对现有信息系统进行了整合和升级改造。基于流程管理,按照浏览器/服务器模式架构设计了全新的电厂生产管理系统,共包含基准管理、生产管理、设备管理、技术监督管理等七个主要功能模块。该系统简捷易用、可靠性高、安全性好、可用性强,投用后促进了电厂整体生产管理效率的提升。

This paper mainly introduced the improvement of production management information system of Baosteel Power Plant. The original information management systems were developed and put into application separately. After a long time use, the key hardware were very aged, and the main functions were difficult to expand. To solve these problems, the upgrade and integration of production management information systems had been put into effect. Based on process management, a totally new Production Management System was designed and developed with Browser/Server architecture. The system has seven main function modules, which are baseline management module, power generation management module, equipment maintenance module, technical supervision module and etc. The system is easy to use, and has good reliability, security and availability. Application of the system has produced a promotion of the overall production management efficiency of Baosteel Power Plant.
