摘要
目的 观察氟比诺芬酯对老年患者气管插管应激反应的影响.方法 选择气管插管全麻老年患者(≥65岁)60例,随机分为3组,观察Ⅰ组(A组)、观察Ⅱ组(B组)和对照组(C组),每组20例.记录各组入室后10 min (T0)、诱导后(T1)、气管插管后1min (T2)、3 min (T3)、5 min (T4)的HR、MAP的变化,并计算R PP;于T0、T4时点抽取患者静脉血,检测其去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)及血糖(BG)浓度.结果 与T0时比较,C组HR、MAP和RPP在T2~4各时点明显升高(P<0.05),而A、B2组变化不明显(P>0.05);C组NE、E、BG在T4时点明显升高(P<0.05),而A、B2组变化不明显.结论 氟比洛芬酯能有效抑制老年患者气管插管应激反应.
Objective To observe the effects of flurbiprofen axetil on stress response to tracheal intubation in the elderly patients.Methods Sixty elderly patients (≥65 years old) were randomly divided into three groups (n =20:patients in groups A and B received 50 mg and 75 mg flurbiprofen axetil respectively,and group C used 10 mL normal saline as the control.HR and MAP were recorded at 10 min after entering operating room (T0),the time of induction (T1),and 1 min (T2),3 min (T3) and 5 min (T4) after tracheal intubation.Then,RPP was calculated.The venous blood samples were collected for the measurements of noradrenaline (NE),adrenaline (E) and blood glucose (BG) at T0 and T4.Results Compared with T0,HR,MAP and RPP of group C increased significantly (P < 0.05) at T2-T4,while those of groups A and B were not.NE,E and BG increased significantly at T4 as compared to those at T0 in group C (P < 0.05),while did not change remarkably in groups A and B.Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil could effectively suppress the stress response to tracheal intubation in the elderly.
