The Characteristics of Combination of Bricks and Stones on Amoy Modern Jiageng Architecture

本文通过对厦门近代嘉庚建筑立面的全面调查,从立面砖石材料、砌筑工艺、组合方式等方面,分析近代嘉庚建筑砖石组合及其与传统闽南砖石技艺的传承关系,并进一步总结嘉庚建筑砖石组合特征,旨在从传统的砖石组合中获得启示,为建筑设计及立面造型表达提供理论的依据。

According to the comprehensive survey about the modern building elevation in Jiageng, Xia Men, this article analysises the modern brick combination in Jiageng and the diachronic connection with the troditional masonry skill in Minnan and summerize the characteristic of brick combination in Jiageng uterioly from the masonry materials, masonry craft, combination type and other ways to get the enlightenment from the troditional brick combination, the result of the research will be used for society to provide the favorable evidence of the design and function of the modern building.
