医源性脑脊液鼻漏的急诊修复 被引量：2

摘要 颅骨脑膜的缺损引起蛛网膜下腔与鼻腔或鼻窦的沟通，脑脊液经漏口流出到颅外的鼻部即称为脑脊液（cerebrospinal fluid，CSF）鼻漏。脑脊液鼻漏是鼻内镜手术的严重并发症之一和颅底外科常见疾病之一。有文献报道在CSF鼻漏中，
