肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学特征分析

IMAGING ANALYSIS OF PULMONARY SCLEROSING HEMANGIOMA

目的探讨肺硬化性血管瘤（PSH）的影像学特征，加深对本病的认识，提高诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的22例肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学表现及主要特点。结果CT平扫表现为圆形或卵圆形孤立肿物，直径1.1～5.0cm，平均2.5cm，11例伴有贴边血管征，4例病灶周围伴晕征，2例病灶周边伴磨玻璃，2例伴空气半月征，1例伴钙化。22例全部行增强扫描，呈明显均匀或不均匀强化。结论肺硬化性血管瘤比较少见，CT平扫加增强扫描有助于提高诊断准确率。

Objective To investigate the image features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma（PSH） and improve the diagnosis of PSH. Methods The CT and DR characteristics of PSH pathologically verified in 22 patients were retrospectively analysed to improve our understanding of this disease. Results The CT findings of PSH were round or ovalisolatedmass. Diameters of these tumors ranged from 1.1 cm to 5.0 cm, mean 2.5 cm. The welt blood vessels sign was seen in 11 patients, halo sign in four patients, ground glass sign in two patients, air meniscus sign in two patients and one tumor contained calcification. Contrast enhanced scan were performed in 22 patients and enhanced obviously. Conelusion The CT enhanced scanning is helpful for raising the diagnosis rate of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma.
