CYP2 E1-1239G>C遗传变异与乳腺癌发病风险相关

摘要 目的研究细胞色素P450 2E1(CYP2E1)基因-1239G>C变异与乳腺癌发病风险的相关关系。方法采用病例对照研究策略,以聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,分析309例乳腺癌患者和309例正常对照者的CYP2E1基因-1239G>C位点的基因型。以比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(95%CI)比较CYP2E1不同基因型与乳腺癌发病风险的相关关系。结果与-1239GG基因型携带者相比,至少携带一个-1239C等位基因的个体发生乳腺癌的风险明显降低(OR=0.22,95%CI=0.11-0.41)。结论 CYP2E1-1239 G>C变异是影响乳腺癌易感性的重要遗传因素。 Objective To investigate the association of CYP2E1 - 1239G〉C polymorphism with the risk of breast cancer in Chinese population. Methods This study included 309 cases with breast cancer and 309 frequency- matched controls. The polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR- RFLP) was used to identify CYP2E1 - 1239G〉C polymorphism. The odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals(95 %CI) were calculated and unconditional logistic regression model was used. Results Compared with CYP2E1 - 1239GG genotype carriers, the subjects with at least one - 1239C allele showed decreased risk of breast cancer with the OR (95%CI) of 0. 22 (0. 11 - 0. 41). Conclusion CYP2E1 - 1239G〉C polymorphism is associate with the susceptibility of breast cancer in Chinese population.
