牵引下旋转分骨手法结合自拟祛瘀汤治疗瘀血闭阻型前臂骨折

TRACTION ROTARY BONE TACTICS COMBINED WITH SELF STASIS PRESCRIPTION IN THE TREATMENT OF CLOSED HINDERED FOREARM FRACTURE

目的探讨牵引下旋转分骨手法结合自拟祛瘀汤治疗淤血闭阻型前臂骨折疗效。方法将86例前臂骨折患者随机分为二组,对照组单纯实施牵引下旋转分骨手法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予自拟祛瘀汤治疗,1剂/d,持续治疗6个疗程,观察二组骨折愈合情况。结果治疗后3d、7d观察组疼痛评分(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组前臂Berton评分优良率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.39%(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间为(3.5±0.5)d,短于对照组的(4.1±0.6)d(P<0.05);二组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牵引下旋转分骨手法可恢复前臂骨折正常解剖结构,辅之以自拟祛瘀汤可缩短淤血散尽时间,促进骨折愈合,缓解疼痛。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of traction rotary bone tactics combined with self- stasis prescription in the treatment of closed hindered forearm fracture. Methods The total of 86 patients with forearm fracture were divided into two groups randomly, the control group received traction rotary bone tactics, while the observation group was treated with self- stasis prescription on the basis of treatment of the control group once a day for 6 course continuously. Then the fracture healing status was observed. Results The pain scores （VAS） of the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05） after treatment for 3d, 7d. Berton forearm excellent rate of the observation group was 97. 67%, higher than the control group of 81.39% （P〈0.05） ; fractures healing time of the observation group was （3.5 ± 0.5） d, shorter than the control group of （4.1 ± 0.6） d （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications between two groups showed no significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traction rotary bone tactics can restore normal anatomy, supplemented self- stasis prescription can shorten the time to promote healing and relieve pain.
