摘要 针对激光显微拉曼光谱仪具有高空间分辨率、微区无损检测、适用于固体与液体定性定量分析的优点,设计了一款基于激光显微技术的拉曼光谱仪。首先阐述了激光显微拉曼光谱仪的分析基础,然后对激光显微拉曼光谱仪显微镜系统与光路系统进行了设计研究,最后将调试成功的显微拉曼光谱仪用于实际样品的检验。结果表明,该技术在微区检测、定性定量分析方面具有独特的优势和广阔的应用前景。 Due to laser micro-Raman spectrometer features advantages of high spatial resolution, micro-domain nondestructive detection, and suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of solid and liquid materials, the Raman spectrometer based on laser micro-technology has been designed. Firstly, the analyzing foundation of the laser micro-Raman spectrometer is expounded; then the optical path system of microscope system of laser micro-Raman spectrometer is designed and researched ; finally the successfully tested micro-Raman spectrometer is used in inspection of practical samples. The results indicate its unique superiority and broad applicable prospects in micro-domain detection, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
