ELISA法测定动物源性生物材料中残留的α-Gal抗原

摘要 本研究用ELISA直接法分别检测新鲜心包组织、新鲜皮肤组织及新鲜骨组织中α-Gal抗原含量分别为1.076±0.2045 U/mg、3.247±0.2370 U/mg和14.53±0.3048 U/mg,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ELISA法检测牛松质骨、经过初步处理的牛骨以及处理完成的成品骨中α-Gal抗原含量,三种组织中α-Gal抗原含量分别为14.53±0.3048 U/mg、11.62±1.065 U/mg和1.546±0.3857 U/mg,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,ELISA直接法能够方便快捷的检测异种移植材料中α-Gal抗原含量,并且结果可信,可以为异种移植材料中抗原含量评价提供依据。 The expression of α-Gal epitope on pericardium,skin and bone were 1. 076 ± 0. 2045 U /mg,3. 247 ± 0. 2370 U /mg and 14. 53 ± 0. 3048U / mg,respectively with statistically differences between groups( P〈0. 05). The expression of α-Gal epitope on fresh bone,intermediate product and finished product were 14. 53 ± 0. 3048 U / mg,11. 62 ± 1. 065 U / mg and 1. 546 ± 0. 3857 U / mg, with statistically differences between groups( P〈0. 05). ELISA assay for measuring α-Gal epitope expression is useful for the evaluation of xenotransplantation.
