摘要
近年来随着组织工程的迅速发展,肝素在组织工程研究中的应用越来越值得关注。肝素及其衍生物作为组织工程支架材料的成分之一,不仅赋予支架抗凝血、减少血栓的特点,而且可以改善支架的生物相容性和促进种子细胞的黏附、增殖和分化,另外还可作为细胞因子的储库和缓释载体,在组织构建过程中进一步促进种子细胞的增殖、分化和维持细胞表型,为组织的再生创造必要条件。我们对肝素在血管、肝脏、神经、皮肤、骨和软骨等组织工程领域中的应用研究进行了综述。
With tissue engineering developing rapidly,the application of heparin in tissue engineering has aroused more and more concern. As a component of tissue engineering scaffold,heparin and its derivatives not only give anticoagulant and antithrombotic properties,but also improve biocompatibility of scaffold and adhesion,proliferation and differentiation of seed cells. In addition,it also acts as reservoir and sustained release vehicle for cytokines,which further promotes proliferation and differentiation of seed cells,and maintains differentiated cell phenotypes in the process of tissue construction,which creates necessary conditions for tissue regeneration. In this paper,research progresses of heparin applying to tissue engineering fields of vascular,liver,nerve,skin,bone and cartilage are reviewed.
