摘要
目的构建国际化护理人才核心能力评价指标体系。方法组建课题小组,确定咨询专家,采用德尔菲法,由15名专家对拟定的国际化护理人才核心能力评价指标体系草案进行两轮问卷咨询,获得专家的一致性意见,初步构建各级指标内涵及权重。结果专家的权威系数为0.88,判断系数0.91,熟悉程度0.85;构建的国际化护理人才核心能力评价指标体系包含3个一级指标、11个二级指标和41个三级指标。结论该指标体系可为国际化护理人才的培养和评价提供依据,为国际护理人员完善自身核心能力提供参考建议,但需要进一步的理论和实证研究加以检验。
Objective To construct a evaluation index system on core competence of international qualified nursing staff.Method Build up a research team and choose consultancy experts.Take questionnaire consultation on draft of evaluation in dex system on core competence of international qualified nursing staff twice by 15 experts with Delphi method.Construct characteristics and weights of all indexes primarily after agreement is reached.Result Authority coefficient of experts is 0.88.Judgement coefficient is 0.91.Familiar degree is 0.85.Evaluation index system on core competence of international qualified nursing staff includes 3 first class indexes,11 second class indexes and 41 third class indexes.Conclusion This in dex system can provide evidence for cultivation and evaluation on international qualified nursing staff and be consulted to im prove core competence for international nursing staff,which need further research on theory and practice.
