摘要
俄罗斯经济的复苏离不开对西伯利亚及远东地区自然资源，尤其是能源资源的开发；中国黑龙江省利用与俄罗斯东部地区的地缘优势和传统经济联系，在能源领域积极开展经济技术合作，必将有利于中俄双方社会经济的发展；为促进能源合作的顺利开展，本文提出了７项具有应用价值的对策与建议。
Russia's economic recovery can not be separate from the natural resources in Siberia and the Far East. especially from the energy resource development. That Heilongjiang province of China makes use of its geographical advantage and its traditional economic link with the Far East and actively launches economic and technical cooperation will be bound to benefit the Sino- Russian social and economic development. In order to promote a successful energy cooperation with the Far East, this article has proposed seven pieces of resources and suggestions.
