有色冶金业是俄罗斯最重要的产业部门之一，是其外贸出口换汇大户。俄罗斯有色金属资源得天独厚。尤其铜、钼、钾等品种均有进行国际合作开发的条件。中国不仅是有色金属产品消费的巨大市场．也是主要的生产和出口国。中俄两国在这一领域开展广泛合作．可为两国经济的发展提供一个新的增长点。
The Russian nonferrous metal sector is one of the most important industries and a big dealer in export and foreign exchange earnings. The russian nonferrous metal resources enjoy exceptional advantages. especially the copper. molybdenum and potassium. etc. are in a condition to be exploited on the basis of international cooperation. And China is not only a large consumer market for nonferrous metals but a main country that produces and exports nonferrous metal products. To carry out an extensive cooperation between China and Russia in the field mentioned above can create a new increase point in the two countries'economic development.
