钛白粉生产中钛液过滤的影响因素分析

摘要 在硫酸法金红石型钛白粉的生产工艺中,钛液的质量对产品的质量有着较大的影响,残渣是钛液质量的一个主要指标。在实验室条件下,分别讨论了物料的残渣、胶体、滤布、温度、助滤剂、TiO2含量等因素对钛液过滤的影响。 In the process of using sulfuric acid to produce rutile titanium dioxide, the quality of titanyl sulfate solution has a greater impact on the quality of the product, especially the index of residue. Under laboratory conditions, we respectively discussed the effect of the material residue, colloid, filter cloth, temperature, filter aid, content of TiO2, and other factors on the titanyl sulfate solution filtering.
