摘要
以北京市密云县太师屯镇为例,主要阐述在水库保护区内小城镇的规划建设思路,包括城镇发展策略、村镇空间发展模式与空间布局、迁村并点、村镇职能与产业布局、城乡建设用地协调发展、区域空间规划与管制等内容。
In this paper,a small town,Taishitun,Miyun County,Beijing is as the case study.This paper mainly present the planning and construction of the small town in reservoir protection zone,including urban development strategies,rural spatial development patterns and spatial layout,village migration,functions and industry layout,the coordinated development of construction land,regional spatial control.
