摘要 本文针对在铅锌冶炼企业回收有价金属铜时,原料铜浮渣、锌冶炼铜渣、海绵铜含砷较高,影响黑铜产品质量的稳定这一问题,通过对铜回收系统的反射妒、鼓风炉、卧式吹炼炉三道工序除砷工艺的探讨和总结,找到一条切实可行的除砷方法,确保产品黑铜含砷符舍客户要求。 In the process of recovery of valuable metals copper in lead and zinc smelter, the contents of arsenic in raw material such as copper scum, copper slag of zinc smelting and spongy copper is high, and it affects the quality stabilization of black copper product. Based on the discussion and summary of three arsenic removal processes ineluding reverberatory furnace, blast furnace and horizontal smelting furnace used in copper recovery system, a feasible arsenic removal method was found to ensure that the content of arsenic in black copper meets the requirements of customers.
