摘要
基于红土镍矿回转窑-电炉熔炼生产镍铁工艺,研究了混合煤配比对回转窑预还原以及配碳量和温度对电炉熔炼的影响。实验结果表明,回转窑预还原用70%无烟煤+30%烟煤的煤粉作还原剂,预还原样再配入含碳5%的还原煤在1550℃温度下电炉熔炼,产出的镍铁含镍23.13%,镍回收率为95.21%,铁回收率为91.97%。
Based on the craft of reduction nickel-iron in rotary kiln-electric furnace, in order to improve the grade of electric furnace smelting nickel, the effects of mixed coal ratio on the pre-reduction of rotary kiln, the effect of carbon content on reduction of nickel-iron in electric furnace and the suitable temperature were analyzed. The test results showed that taking the pulverized coal including 70% of anthracite and 30% of bituminous as the reducing agent that used for the pre-reduction of rotary kiln, adding reduced coal containing 5% of carbon into pre-reduction samples, then, smelting by electric furnace at 1 550 ℃, the nickel contents in produced ferronickel was 23.13%, and the recovery rate of nickel and iron were 95.21% and 91.97% , respectively.
