基于ISM的企业物流能力构成及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Component and Influence Factors of Enterprise Logistics Capacity Based on ISM

物流能力水平的高低直接反映了一个企业的运作效率和服务水平,增强物流能力可以提高企业的绩效和经济效益,增强企业的竞争力。文章首先从动态系统的角度对企业物流能力内涵进行分析,然后给出物流系统能力构成要素;结合企业物流系统内外部环境分析企业物流能力的影响因素,并给出基于解释结构模型的企业物流能力影响因素分析方法;最后给出提升企业物流能力建议。

The logistics capacity of an enterprise directly reects its operating efficiency and service level. To strengthen the logistics capacity of an enterprise can improve its performance and economic benefit,and enhance its competitive power as well. Firstly,this paper analyzes the meaning of the logistics capacity of an enterprise from the perspective of dynamic system,and lists the constitutive factors of the capacity of logistics system. Secondly,the paper analyzes the influence factors of the logistics capacity of an enterprise by integrating the internal and external environmental factors,and also brings forward a method for analyzing the influence factors of the logistics capacity of an enterprise on the basis of interpretive structural model（ ISM）. Finally,this paper puts forward some propositions to improve the logistics capacity of an enterprise.
