摘要
根据高校审计部门工作职责的侧重点,基于平衡计分卡原理建立高校审计部门评价指标体系。根据模糊综合评价法建立绩效评价模型。结合专家打分法和层次分析法定量计算高校审计部门绩效分数。为工作人员指明了需要进一步改进的方向,为绩效工资的发放提供参考和依据。
According to the focuses of job duties of the auditing department in colleges and universities,the evaluation index system of this department is established based on the Balanced Scorecard principles. Performance evaluation model is established using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation( FCE). Combined with expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process( AHP),this model is utilized to calculate performance scores of the auditing department quantificationally. Studies in this paper point out the work to be improved for staffs and provide the reference for waging merit pay.
