摘要
为了贯彻国家节能减排的方针政策,江苏沙钢集团淮钢特钢股份有限公司积极推动节能减排新技术的应用,最大可能降低水泵能耗;采用先进设计理论设计出的高效节能泵替换原有高能耗水泵的方法,使得淮钢水泵电耗明显下降,故障率也显著降低,既实现了节能减排的目标,又降低了公司生产成本,取得了经济效益和社会效益双丰收的显著效果。
High efficient energy saving pumps designed with the advanced theory were adopted to replace the original high energy consuming water pumps in order to strongly execute the energy saving and emission reduction policy of China,actively promote the new technical application of energy saving and emission,reduce the energy consumption of water pumps to the utmost of possibility,lower the maintenance intensity and cost of original water pumps,reduce the unnecessary labor and ease the workers of their heavy repairing work,which remarkably reduced the electricity consumption and fault frequency of water pumps.The energy saving and emission reduction goal were achieved with the reduced production cost while remarkable economical and social benefits were gained.
