摘要
图像监控技术在电力系统中的应用正在逐步展开。图像监控系统是一个综合利用计算机网络技术、数据库技术、通信技术、自动控制技术、新型传感技术、远程图像监控技术等构成的计算机网络系统。电力系统无人值班变电站数量多、分布范围广、位置分散,给维护和管理带来极大的不便。为使系统正常运行,要经常对重要的设备数据进行测试并对设备故障作出快速响应。针对故障出现频率较高的摄像机的故障处理,进行了重点研究并提出了相应的解决方案,并通过实例证明了文中提出理论和方法的可行性,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。
The image surveillance system is becoming popular in electric power substation.The image surveillance system is a computer network that coordinates network technology,database technology,communication technology,automatic control technology,sensing technology and remote image monitor technology.A great variety of unattended substation which is scattered over a wide area,without enough accendants(who must face a severe stress,including testing the data of the important equipments,examining the equipment room frequently and dealing with malfunctions of equipment with rapid reaction) have brought big troubles to management and maintaining.The camera is the equipment which has higher frequency of failure.This paper focuses on the study of the fault processing of camera and presents a strategy for it Living example shows the theories and the methods proposed in this paper are correct and has strong practicability.
