摩托车后制动拉杆长度设计及公差分析(1)

摘要 通过建立数学模型,可精确计算后制动拉杆长度,为后制动拉杆的总长设计提供理论基础.从理论上解释了拉杆外露螺纹长度变化量大的问题,并提出重点控制和检查策略;提出在拉杆总长设定正确的情况下,外露螺纹长度在0~11 mm属正常现象.通过控制并提高部分零件的制造精度,使生产一致性得到了更有效的控制.进一步扩大了制动器的可调节范围,通过提高“2.2中a)”提到的那些尺寸的零件制造精度,可以缩短拉杆理论外露螺纹长度,进而扩大制动器的可调节范围,使生产一致性得到更有效的控制. This paper introduces the establishment of a mathematical model for the calculation of the length of rear brake rod of motorcycle, offering a theoretical basis for the design of the total length of rear brake rod. This model illustrates the reason for the change of the length of exposed screw thread and put forward suggestions for the control and inspection. In accordance with this model, the normal length of the exposed screw thread is 0 to 11 mm under correct setting for the total length of the rod. And the production consistency can be effetely controlled under the improvement of the accuracy of the manufacturing of the parts. The adjustable scale of the brake is extended, and the manufacturing accuracy is of the parts is improved and the exposed screw thread is shortened.
