高校大型仪器设备是学校完成教学、科研任务、师生生活必不可少的物质基础和保障。从仪器设备的采购、使用、评价等一系列的管理工作中,如何做好大型仪器设备的采购前期论证,建设合理的管理服务队伍,建立使用效益的评价体系,是节约事业经费,增强办学能力,提高教学科研工作水平的重要环节,也是推进高等院校建设和改革,不断提高师生员工物质文化生活的重要保证。以吉林农业大学为例,阐述如何构建大型仪器设备共享平台,通过建立大型仪器设备共享网络中心及主要功能模块的展示,分析其在共享管理模式下的实践运行效果。

Large instruments and equipment are essential material basis and guarantee for school teaching, research and campus life. From the purchase, use and a series of management work for large instruments and equipment, to make the prophase evaluation of procurement is important link to save the funds, enhance the running school ability and improve the level of teaching and scientific research. All of which promote construction and reform of universities and improve the material and cultural life of staff and students . This paper taking Jilin Agricultural University as example, explains how to construct the large-scale equipment sharing platform, to display network center and main functional modules of large- scale instrument and equipment, analysis the working effect under the practice of sharing management mode.
