摘要
实验队伍是高校教学、科研队伍中的重要组成部分。随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展,新时期高校实验队伍人员结构有了较大变化,实验队伍逐渐被"实验教师"替代,他们在教学、科研工作中承担的任务也有新的发展。如何更好地发挥实验队伍的工作积极性,建立适合新时期实验队伍的考核机制,提高实验队伍的工作热情,是新时期高校实验室管理工作者必须认识研究的问题。
The experimental team is an important part of teaching and research teams in universities. In pace with the development of higher education in our country, the organization of experimental team in universities has made significant changes in the new period. Experimental teachers have gradually replaced the experimental team, and their responsibility tasks has new development into teaching and research. Laboratory management in universities must recognize that, it is necessary for the experimental team to establish new performance appraisal and enhance the enthusiasm of work in new period. This article described the responsibilities, the examination content and method of experimental team in the new period.
