摘要
科研单位的实验室是日常教学科研的实践基地,是培养各个阶段学生将脑力劳动、思维能力和实际动手能力、实践行动和创新能力结合于一体的科研创造力场所。本文结合现行的GLP(Good Laboratory Practice of Drug药品非临床研究质量管理规范)法规与科研院校实验室管理的现状进行对照,发现当前科研院校实验室管理中所存在的问题,分别从实验室的管理机构、岗位和人员设置、管理制度和记录、资产资源现状、财务管理和环境保护各方面来探讨共享实验室的管理,并对实验室管理的未来发展趋势提出一定的建议。
The laboratory in a research unit is the practice base where the daily teaching and research are carried out, It is also the creative place for cultivating the students who can combine the mental labor, thoughts, practical working ability, practice action and creative capability together. The article compares the GLP regulation with the current situation of laboratory management, and discovers the current problems. Then it investigates individually the management work about the sharing laboratory from the following aspects of control agency, installation of post and personnel, regulatory regime and record, situation of assets and resources, financial administration and environmental protection. And the paper puts forward some advice on the future development trend of laboratory management.
