肠道病毒71型感染致中枢神经系统损伤的发病机制研究进展 被引量:12

Recent advance in pathogenesis of central nervous system damage induced by enterovirus 71 infection

摘要 肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)是导致手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)的主要病原体之一,目前已经成为全球范围内取代脊髓灰质炎病毒的最重要的中枢神经毒性病原.HFMD多发生于5岁以下儿童,多数患儿症状轻微,预后良好,临床表现为发热和手、足、口腔等部位的疱疹;少数患儿可并发无菌性脑膜炎、脑干脑炎、脑脊髓炎等严重神经系统疾病,预后差,病死率高[1].因此深入了解EV71导致中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)损伤的发病机制对预防和治疗HFMD具有重要意义.本文就近几年EV71致CNS损伤的研究进展进行综述.
