微创牙科美白技术治疗中重度氟牙症的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨中重度氟牙症患者的微创牙科美白技术并与全瓷贴面比较临床效果。方法分别用微创牙科美白技术和全瓷贴面对随机分组的32例中重度氟牙症患者进行治疗,微创美白为治疗组,全瓷贴面为对照组,即刻检测美白显效率和敏感率及6个月后检测各项外观指标,并进行统计学分析。结果微创牙科美白技术在中度氟牙症患者的治疗中优于全瓷贴面,在重度氟牙症患者的疗效上和全瓷贴面各有优缺点。结论中度氟牙症患者,微创牙科美白技术可代替全瓷贴面,重度氟牙症患者,微创牙科美白技术也是新的选择。
