改良褥式缝合法治疗外伤性虹膜根部离断临床分析

Analysis of modified mattress-suture for traumatic iridodialysis

目的探讨外伤性虹膜根部离断复位手术的新方法。方法采用改良褥式缝合法修复虹膜根部离断15例(15只眼)。结果所有病例均获良好修复,外形改善,房角开放,视功能不同程度地提高。结论改良褥式缝合法在处理虹膜根部离断时,操作简便,并发症少,是修复虹膜根部离断安全有效的手术方式。

Objective To investigate the new methods to treat traumatic iridodialysis .Methods Modified mat-tress-suture was performed in 15 patients .Results Iridodialysis was repaired well in all patients .Pupil＇s appearance was restored, and the anterior chamber angle was opened , and visual function improved with various degrees .Conclusions Modified iridodialysis suture is an easier procedure to handle for the treatment of traumatic iridodialysis .Complication is less.Therefore modified mattress-suture is a safe and effective treatment .
