摘要 血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura,TTP）是一种罕见的血液系统疾病,其病程进展迅速,对常规治疗反应差,患者病死率极高。血浆置换是针对TTP的首选治疗措施,及时给予足量血浆置换治疗后TTP的病死率可降至10%以下,但20%-30%的患者在治疗后出现复发,同时约25%的患者对血浆置换治疗存在依赖性.
