Clinical value of PET/CT imaging in diffuse large B cell lymphoma

摘要 弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）是成人非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）中最常见的一种类型,是一种在临床表现、病理学形态、治疗及预后等方面具有很大异质性的恶性肿瘤。其发病率在亚洲国家淋巴瘤中大于40%,多见于中老年人,中国人群中40-50岁居多;而在西方国家中约占NHL的31%,占B细胞肿瘤的37%,欧洲和美国每年发病率为15-20/10万人群。 Diffuse large B cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma in adults and is suit for 18-fluoro-2-dexoyd-glucose（18F-FDG）imaging.The intake level of FDG is closely associated with the malignant grade of lymphoma and positron emission tomography/computerized scanning（PET/CT）is the only tool to conduct functional metabolism and receptor imaging by anatomical form.It has high sensitivity,high specificity and functional imaging,which offers a new method for accurate diagnosis,staging,efficiency and prognosis of lymphoma.
